About us
The GST Appellate Tribunal Bar Association is a non-profit professional organization established with the objective of promoting excellence in the practice of Goods and Services Tax (GST) law and facilitating the effective administration of justice before the GST Appellate Tribunal. The Association works for the welfare and professional development of advocates, tax practitioners, chartered accountants, and other stakeholders engaged in GST litigation. It aims to organize legal awareness programs, seminars, workshops, and educational initiatives to enhance knowledge and understanding of indirect tax laws. The Association is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and is also registered under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, enabling it to operate as a charitable institution and allowing donors to avail tax benefits on eligible contributions. Through its activities, the Association seeks to uphold professional ethics, promote legal research, and contribute to the development of a fair and efficient tax dispute resolution system in India.

Capital Centric Legal Forums: Hosting specialized seminars and workshops focused on high-stakes litigation, including complex “place of supply” and anti-profiteering disputes.
Resource and Research Repository: Maintaining a comprehensive database of landmark GSTAT orders, electronic filing protocols, and administrative directives
Advocacy & Member Welfare: Safeguarding the professional rights, infrastructure privileges, and shared interests of all registered Delhi bar members.
Accelerating Justice: Supporting the newly established Delhi operations to facilitate swift, digitized, and equitable dispute resolutions.
